STORY BEHIND ESTABLISHING NAJAT:

DAR AL-NAJAT is the medical arm of Deyarat founded in 1998 as branch of Deyarat. In 2020 the company went into a re-structing and registered as a stand-alone entity with (70%) share owned by Deyarat Trading Co. while (30%) owned by Mozna Medical Co. This restructuring was based on a visionary plan to professionally expand the business and list the company in the IPO market. DAR AL-NAJAT head office is located in Riyadh with two branches in Jeddah and Dammam. Currently we are over 30 employees coming from different background incl. Biomedical, Electrical, Electronics, IT, RT, and Science. Since 1998, DAR AL-NAJAT has been serving its partners from all sectors across Saudi Arabia with commitment to excellence. DAR AL-NAJAT follows the highest local and international safety and quality standards in its operation, storage facilities transportation process. We are a SFDA and ISO 13485 certified.

Chairman

Yousif Hamdan Al Hamdan

The group Chairman is Mr. Yousif Al Hamdan who has BBA and MBA from University of Texas at Austin, USA. He had held several important positions in public and private sector; some of which are Deputy Minister of Commerce of Saudi Arabia 1975 – 1980, elected 12 years to Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry and served as the Vice-Chairman. He was the first Saudi to be elected Member of the Executive Board of the Paris based International Chamber of Commerce in 1990. Also, he is former Board Member of prominent Saudi companies and organizations such as Riyad Bank, NIC (Al Tasnee), SASO, General Organization of Defense Industries, Saudi Industrial Development Fund, Saudi Ports Authority, MAPCO, SHAMSCO and others. In 1989, he started a sole proprietorship firm with well-established several subsidiaries and investments. Presently, besides being Chairman of Deyarat, he is the elected board Chairman of National Installment Co. He serves also as Board Member of DANSAB Trading JLT, a Dubai based Trading Company and BACO Poultry, the first and largest poultry in Burkina Faso, Africa.
